Early Life
Adrianna Franch grew up with her in Salina, Kansas, with her mom and two siblings. She was active in various sports like football, basketball, and many more. Since high school. She attended Salina South High School, where she played for three seasons. France had to miss her senior year season due to an injury suffered playing basketball. In her early days, she was also a star basketball player earning first-team All-County and All-League honors. Franch was a fan of women’s national team keeper, Briana Scurry, and people used to call her “next Bri Scurry.”
In 2009 Franch joined Oklahoma State University. She played in the Big 12 tournament and allowed just 14 goals in her 24 appearances. Oklahoma State University won the Big 12 tournament. Due to Franch’s performance, she is considered one of the most decorated players in Oklahoma State University soccer and Big 12 Conference. She played at Oklahoma State University from 2009 to 2012. Franch was called up to the United States U-20 team and became the first Oklahoma State University football player to play for a United States national team.
Club Career
France was picked by Western New York Flash in 2013. She made six save in the match against Sky Blue FC, but they lost the game by 1-0 due to an own goal. She appeared in 22 games. She played in Western New York Flash from 2013 to 2014. Unfortunately, she had to miss the 2014 National Women’s Soccer League season due to a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL).
After her recovery, she joined Avaldsnes IL, a Norwegian club for Toppserien, the top level of women’s association football in Norway. France made 12 appearances and recording four shutouts. Avaldsnes IL finished in second place that year.
France joined Portland Thorns FC on December 10, 2015. In Portland Thorns FC, she was the back-up keeper to Michelle Betosin, the 2016 season of NWSL Shield. In the 2017 season, she made a league-record 11 shutouts in the regular season. She saved 1–0 shutout over the North Carolina Courage and helped the Thorns win the NWSL Championship. She was awarded NWS Goalkeeper of the Year. Unfortunately, in the 2018 season, only after playing three games, she had to undergo surgery to repair a slight meniscus tear in her knee and missed 9 games. She joined on June 22 after her surgery. France saves 11 goals in two games in that week. Due to her performance, she was again awarded NWSL Goalkeeper of the Year and 2018 NWSL Best XI.

International career
Adrianna Franch is also a national team player. Her international career started in 2010 from United states U-20 when she played against Norway and Germany, earning a win and a tie and appeared in seven games. She has played in United States U-20, U-23and senior USWNT teams. Adrianna Franch has been associated with the United States women’s national soccer team and has been training in 2018. She joined the USWNT annual January training camp and named the roster for the 2018 Tournament of Nations, which the United States won the tournament. But unfortunately, she was not given playing time. Alyssa Naeher played all the games. Adrianna finally got a chance to play for the United States on SheBelieves Cupin in February 2019 against England.
