Evan Rachel Wood was born in Raleigh, North Carolina. Wood’s mother is Sara Lynn Moore who is an actress, director, and acting coach, and has converted to Judaism.
Wood’s father name is Ira David Wood III. He is a locally prominent actor, singer, theater director, playwright, and from a Christian family. He is also the Executive Director of a local, regional theatre company called ‘Theatre in the Park.’
Wood’s brother name is Ira David Wood IV, who is also an actor. Wood has two other brothers whose names are Dana and Thomas.
